How do I submit a support ticket?

Pasiv premium members can submit support tickets directly in the app. Navigate to your Account → Settings to access the support ticket form. Our team will respond within 24 hours.

What if I need urgent support?

For urgent matters, contact us via WhatsApp at +971 52 247 9933. You can also visit our office at 216 Gate Avenue, DIFC, Dubai during business hours.

Can I include my account number in emails?

Yes! If you're an existing customer, please include your Pasiv Account number in the subject line of your email. This helps us identify your account quickly and respond more efficiently.

How do I file a complaint?

Pasiv takes all complaints seriously. You can submit a complaint through the app (Settings → Support), via email to support@pasiv.ae, or by visiting our office. Our Complaints Policy details the full process.

What are your office hours?

Our DIFC office is open during standard UAE business hours. We're located at 216 Gate Avenue. WhatsApp and email support are available 24/7 for your convenience.
