An annual or monthly subscription fee is charged to your debit/credit card at the time of upgrade. If the charge is declined on your card during renewal, we'll downgrade you to a Basic account. You can still hold onto the stocks & ETFs you bought on the premium account, but you can't add to those positions. Once on the Basic account you can only purchase the limited variety of 5 ETFs.

This is a one time fee charged to the cash balance in your investing account in order to wire your funds back to your bank account.
This is a one time fee charged to the cash balance in your investing account in order to process a stock split, de-listing or similar corporate action that requires special admin.

A subscription creates a powerful alignment of interests. Whilst higher trading volumes benefit most brokers, research shows a customer who trades more often is more likely to erode their capital.
With a subscription we don't care if you trade often or not trade at all. We believe investors should do what's right for their money and risk appetite. Our profitability as a company is based on the value an investor derives from our service and their continued use of it. Not the frequency or volume of their trades.
Pasiv does not charge any commissions, management fee, custody fee, spreads or hidden fees. Pasiv also does not earn fees from Payment For Order Flow (PFOF) - the business model many discount brokers today operate (also volume based).
These fees help us to keep the lights on and provide you a service that keeps getting better.
